Job Description
*Checking export and import documentation.Preparing data for logistic companies.Input information for preparation of purchase orders, invoices, credit notes and claims.
*Check invoices from suppliers.Follow-up orders with regular customers.Generate sales with existing customers.
*Customer account management.Locate new suppliers, obtaining company contact information, catalogues, product photos and product samples.
*Contacting suppliers for product and pricing information.Issuing purchase orders to suppliers and following-up on deliveries.Preparing information for export clearing agent.
