Job Description
· Manage contracts of impaneled drivers, company vehicles, 3rd party companies
· Work and manage logistics staff currently on role
· Regularly plan and manage routes across Bangalore operations
· Monitor and develop daily reports for logistics efficiency that includes touchpoint monitoring, pickup/delivery efficiency, vehicle distance monitoring, driver hours.
· Develop new routes per demand across city stores
· Act as a liaison between sales and operations for regular and complaint related pickups
· Knowledge in handling logistics for ecommerce/courier firms
· Proficiency in excel/word
· Proficiency in English, Kannada and Tamil
