Job Description

*Co-ordinating for product receipt and purchase

 *Checking and verifying payment

* Export process : · Documents – Invoice / PL,· Packing· Labelling· *conditioning· COO· Loggers Checklist     Approval

*Taking rates from CHA

* Airway Bill Approval from CHA

*Airway Bill Approval – client

*ADC process + samples

*Co-ordinating for flight booking

*Co-ordinating with local tempo and office boys

*Final packing instruction

*Dispatch (Updating DAWA portal) and Shipment Alert – same day

*Daily tracking of Shipments : Export / Import

*Maintaining ongoing order file

*Export / Import Document collection, filing

*BRC Application on EP copy receipt

*DBK scroll week check

*DBG scroll monthly report on 1st of every month to the accounts team

*BRC online check on monthly basis

*MEIS Application.

*GST process as applicable
