Job Description
*Develop and maintain relationships with overseas agents, shipping lines and customers Training and management of export/import team towards maximum performance and job satisfaction
*Rate negotiations with carriers and suppliers Assisting sales in providing customer quotations Produce/pass invoices
*Maintain quality standards for operational export/import procedures and improve them where necessary Work towards meeting customs demands Master the export/import process, actively and to support team
*Customer service to the clients, liaison with specific customers to maintain customer base Establish and
*Maintain a good working relationship with suppliers Help to deal with suppliers and customer queries, including questions regarding accounts Data quality and integration KPI management of subordinates and guide
