Job Description
*Shall prepare the list of materials along with quantity required in close co-ordination with the project team.
*Shall float inquiries for required material/equipment , make technical and commercial comparisons, issue work order/purchase order to the selected agency in consultation with the management, track the delivery schedule and timely deliver the material to site .
*Co-ordinate with all the Govt. Authorities for necessary documents required to avail EPCG benefit (Import Export related work),
*Identify and list the foreign vendors and suppliers for various materials.
*Would be responsible for timely deliver all the construction materials to the site (Local as well as imported).
*Shall coordinate with vendor for manufacturers test reports, defective material, short quantities and overall quality of the product till defect liability of the material/equipment .
