Job Description
*Coordinate with Export Sales Coordinator, Execute & Process the Export Order.
*Preparation & Documenting the Export Related document like (CT-1 & Export * Documentation Invoice, Packing List, ARE 1, SDF, and Annexure 1 for Inspection of Packed Material Etc.
*Solving overseas customer queries.
* Visiting Plants as per requirement & explain about our product to overseas customers.
*Arranging sample products for our overseas customers.
* Coordinate with overseas customers for account, stock availability & dispatch related matter.
* Control & Manage Petty cash & Assist DGM in Finance & Administrative activities.
