Job Description
* Knowledge & Handling of post shipment document which include commercial invoices, packing list, L/C documents, Importing country certification, Customs/ Insurance declaration Certificate of Origin & many more document prepared as per customer requirement.
*Communicating with customers for developing new and customized designs.
*Co-ordinate with Shipping Line for filling the booking and other Details of Export.
**Co-ordinate with Shipping Line / Freight Forwarder for Import shipment.
Preparing BL Draft and Take necessary approval from customer for and filling the SI in Intrra and Other Shipping line Website.
*Preparing Exporting country certification, Customs/ Insurance declaration Certificate of Origin etc.
*To maintain co-ordination between related department.
*Good interpersonal skills, Good listener and ability to work individually as well as in a team.
*Handling LCL Export through Sea.
