Job Description
*Excellent customer service skills and basic knowledge of Export Inco terms.
*Managing existing distributors by assisting and co-ordinating for sales, marketing and promotion.
*Monitoring customer care systems for International market i.e. attaining inquiry, sending quotation, maintaining records of payment, sample requirement of customer, other correspondence as per requirement.
*Preparation and Verification of Export Shipment Documents.
Co-coordinating and supporting
*Supply Chain Department for procurement of various raw materials.
*Basic Knowledge require of Logistics department.
*Co-ordination with the customer regarding shipment.
*Co-ordination with Q.A. /Q.C department regarding Quality issues.
*Co-ordination with Finance department regarding Payments.
