Job Description
*Experience in handling Export documentation
*Knowledge of Freight Forwarding
*Preparing daily reports & delivery schedule
*Awareness of Export Schemes
*Making of Invoices and Service Tax
*Pre Shipment and Post Shipment Documents
*L/C related documents,
*Should Have complete knowledge of Focus Market Scheme and Focus Product Scheme
*Bank Realization Certificates
*Knowledge of all other necessary documents related to export.
*Follow-up with the supplier for the production status for Buyer
*Co-ordination with QA Team for timely inspections
*Co-ordination with Vendors for the cut off date and Vessel Details
*Co-ordination with the Freight Forwarder / vendors CHA For the timely *Handover of cargo (CFS cargo)
*Handling LCL /FCL rates queries.
*Ability to correspond with the Buyer
